This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may and may not use Islamic.University. It complements our Terms of Use. By using the platform you agree to use it responsibly, lawfully, and in keeping with the ethical spirit of the platform.

You may

• Use the courses, diagnostic, and Intelligent Tutor for your own personal learning.
• Ask the Intelligent Tutor genuine questions about the course material.
• Share your own micro-credentials and their verification links.

You may not

• Misuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform, or circumvent any access controls or the Intelligent Tutor’s safeguards (including attempts to “jailbreak” it or extract non-validated content).
• Scrape, harvest, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute course content without our written permission.
• Use bots or automated means beyond ordinary personal use.
• Submit or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful — including through the Intelligent Tutor or any form.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Upload or transmit malware, or use the platform to facilitate any illegal or unethical activity.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy, and may remove content that breaches it. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
