You will build fluency in the sources and methods that shape Islamic financial reasoning: the Qur’an and Sunnah, ijmāʿ, qiyās, istiḥsān, maṣlaḥah mursalah, ʿurf, and ijtihād. You will also examine how maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, efficiency, ethics, and regulation inform the design and oversight of financial systems.
